有兩種情況.一種是發信時OUTLOOK的SMTP身份驗證沒有打勾.一種是發信時SMTP的IP不是我們郵局的IP.
看到這種退信就要先看解析是否正確。並確認客戶端的設置沒問題。如果都ok再到服務器上確認是否跟同域驗證有關。

這封退信是因為您在發信時我司郵局服務器無法正常解析到tadair.com.hk這個域名的郵局服務器IP，或者有可能是因為對方 tadair.com.hk所使用的ＤＮＳ服務器反應慢原因造成的，此種情況有時會造成郵件發送不了，如果郵件沒有發出去只要重新發送一次即可，出現這種錯誤是由於網絡環境原因導致查詢不到IP，偶爾都會有的，特別是一些域名是通過國外DNS進行解析。是很常見的，因為網絡牽涉到的東西太多了。

可以判斷是因為接收方郵局的mx沒有做或者做錯，另外也有可能是接收方郵局DNS設置錯誤造成的。這個跟第七個是一樣的。

從這個退信來看。是因為郵件內容有問題被對方服務器拒絕收信。估計對方服務器可能做了關鍵字過濾。

因為發件方郵局使用的是動態ip,所以被過濾,請用固定ip的郵局發送郵件就不會被過濾

先檢查一下郵局是否有反向解析功能nslookup + 211.43.197.72 25，如果有就說明我們的IP地址被對方給屏蔽了.聯繫收信方的網絡管理員幫忙解除屏蔽，

發件人寫信時用的編碼不是標準編碼格式,請用標準編碼編寫郵件發送即可

這是對方服務器封掉我們服務器mail.mail3.cn4e.com的域名，這是對方認為從我們服務器上投遞太多的垃圾郵件過去導致被封的，讓客戶聯繫對方網管解封吧。

　　4. 對方服務器拒絕接收Xmail郵件退信提示信息一般為:Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied或者552 Error: content rejected原因是對方郵件服務器將Xmail郵件屏蔽掉了。煩請您將退信按附件的形式轉發給我們，我來做一下具體的測試，判斷問題原因，之後會主動聯絡對方，說明我們的服務器信息並且商量問題的解決方法。同時也希望您能夠使用其它的信箱向對方反映這個問題，向對方聯絡網管說明情況，以確保可以早日解決。

此類問題通常是跟蹤設置的問題，需要查看客戶跟蹤設置是否有問題，
如果客戶設置自己跟蹤自己，讓客戶取消這個設置。否則會引起出錯。

選擇被跟蹤對象郵件地址跟蹤人郵件地址創建時間

這個退信應該是客戶設置的轉發的郵箱不存在，查看客戶的設置沒有問題，應該不存在這樣的問題了。讓客戶重試一下。

該問題有可能是郵件在設置跟蹤的時候出現錯誤產生的，可以到該郵局的下面的配置文件查看

查看含有cc字段的信息。

退信表明用戶stephen@con-link.com設置了自動轉發,同時對方（轉發的用戶）同樣自動轉發給這個用戶.這樣的話，造成了循環,所以，需要請這個用戶將一方的自動轉發去掉就可以了！

這是客戶在郵局管理平台設置跟蹤設置時,跟蹤人地址設置為空導致的,請更改過來.

如果您按照我們頁面的outlook express設置方法設置完畢後,仍然不能正常使用，那麼您就要看看outlook具體的出錯信息裡面的錯誤號是多少？根據錯誤號和下表進行比對，一般來說，大多數的問題都可以解決。
